Terms
These terms describe the baseline rules for using Seymour public pages, demo storefronts and pilot ordering tools.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
Using Seymour
Seymour provides direct ordering software for takeaway businesses. Demo routes are provided for review and testing. Commercial use should be covered by a separate written agreement with the business operating Seymour.
Orders and fulfilment
A takeaway business is responsible for its menu, prices, allergens, availability, delivery areas, fulfilment times and customer service. Seymour provides the software workflow that lets staff accept, decline and update orders.
Card payments are authorised through Stripe Checkout and captured only after staff acceptance where manual capture is configured.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Use accurate details when signing in, placing orders or managing a business account.
- Do not attempt to access another business, customer account, staff account or administrative area without permission.
- Do not misuse the service, interfere with security controls or submit harmful content.
Availability
Seymour may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the public website, demo routes or pilot service while the product is developed and operated.
Important note
These terms are a product baseline and should be reviewed against the final company details, commercial model and customer contracts before public launch.
